Do you offer virtual consultations, or is it on-site only?

We offer both. Virtual consultations are ideal for early planning, while on-site visits are recommended for detailed measurements, architectural integration, and installation planning.

Should I have a budget in mind before we meet?

Having a general budget range is helpful, but not required. We’ll guide you through options and tailor recommendations based on your priorities, space, and desired impact. We prioritize quality while offering a range of solutions to suit different budgets. We also offer a price-match policy—just ask your salesperson for details.

Can you combine different systems in one project?

Yes. We regularly combine preserved moss, faux greenery, planters, and living systems within a single project to create layered, cohesive designs.

Do you design around existing architecture and materials?

Absolutely. Every design is customized to complement your existing architecture, finishes, lighting, and brand aesthetic—never one-size-fits-all.

Are design renderings included?

Yes. Design renderings are included as part of the design phase, allowing you to clearly visualize the final result before production begins. We can offer some preset designs for inspiration or early specification, but our specialty is fully custom work.

Can we request revisions to the design?

Of course. A set number of design revisions is included in each design phase to ensure the final concept feels just right before moving into manufacturing.

When does manufacturing begin?

Manufacturing begins once the design is approved and the project deposit is received. Lead times vary depending on materials and scope, and timelines are confirmed upfront.

Will the same team stay involved throughout the project?

Yes. The same ByNature team supports your project from consultation and design through production and installation. Our process is highly collaborative, with our sales team working closely with designers to ensure the right solutions are delivered every step of the way.
