Shipping & Logistics

Carefully coordinated from start to finish.

Custom greenery requires more than just shipping; it requires planning.

We coordinate delivery across Canada and the United States, taking into account the type of product, site access, and installation timing so everything arrives ready for the next step.

Our goal is simple: ensure your greenery arrives safely, on time, and aligned with your project schedule.

What we take care of:

Every shipment is organized based on the needs of the project. This may include:

  • Appropriate packaging and reinforced crating when required

  • Skid preparation for larger or multi-piece installations

  • Delivery scheduling aligned with production timelines

  • Coordination with carriers

  • Cross-border documentation and customs coordination when required

  • Planning around site access, loading docks, elevators, and handling constraints

We work proactively to reduce risk and minimize surprises on site.

We coordinate with your installation

Logistics planning is closely aligned with installation scheduling. When timelines are shared early, we can coordinate production completion, shipping, and site readiness to support a smooth transition from delivery to installation.

This coordination helps:

  • Avoid storage delays on site
  • Reduce unnecessary handling
  • Ensure materials arrive when the space is ready

Yes. We coordinate delivery schedules to align as closely as possible with installation timelines. The earlier we understand your deadlines and site expectations, the better we can plan production and shipping accordingly. Clear communication allows us to support a smooth transition from delivery to installation.

Absolutely! We regularly coordinate cross-border shipments to the United States. We work with a trusted broker and carrier who manage custom clearance and transportation, and we take care of the required documentation to help ensure a smooth process. To complete customs paperwork, we will require certain information from the receiving party, such as a Tax ID number (W9) and site contact details. Once those details are provided, we coordinate the rest.

If an item arrives damaged, please document the issue by taking photos and noting any damage on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver. Once you’ve opened the boxes, verify the extent of the damage and send us the photos. We will review the situation and promptly replace or repair any affected items to ensure your project is completed as intended.
